The website form collects basic contact information and a general message. Form submissions are delivered through Resend to the Summit 2911 business email. Do not submit medical records, assessment files, detailed mental-health information or other sensitive data through this form.
Payments
A third-party payment provider may process payment for a custom individual or group service. Summit 2911 may receive transaction status and customer details needed for service delivery and support, but does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
Assessment information
Sensitive athlete information will be collected only through the approved assessment process or designated assessment platform—not through the public website form. The assessment system, consent process and retention rules will be documented before that capability is launched.
Access
Personal information is limited to Summit 2911 personnel and service providers who need it to answer the inquiry, process payment, provide access, deliver the requested service, maintain records or protect the system.
Use and sharing
Summit 2911 does not sell personal information. Private athlete or assessment information is not used for targeted advertising. Information may be shared with service providers, with permission, or when reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, email system, payment service or storage platform can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and deletion
To request a copy, correction or deletion of information maintained by Summit 2911, email info@summit2911.com. We may verify identity before acting and may retain information required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Report a concern
Report suspected unauthorized access, an incorrect disclosure or another privacy concern to info@summit2911.com. We will review the issue and take reasonable corrective action.
