Our approach
Summit 2911 collects only the information reasonably needed to answer questions, provide resources and coordinate custom individual or group assessments, education or partnerships. We do not sell personal information or use private assessment information for targeted advertising.
Information we collect
- Contact information such as name, email address, organization or team and general location.
- The inquiry type and message you choose to submit.
- Transaction information made available through a payment provider when you purchase an individual or group service, such as purchaser identity, email and transaction details. Summit 2911 does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
- Historical account or access records needed to support prior customers and maintain accurate business or security records.
- Information you voluntarily provide during a later assessment or service process. Sensitive assessment information should never be submitted through the public contact form.
- Basic technical information processed by the website and service providers to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site.
How we use information
- Respond to questions and recommend an appropriate next step.
- Provide open resources and resource support.
- Plan and coordinate individual assessments, group assessments, education and partnerships.
- Maintain records required for business, accounting, security and legal purposes.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse and improve service delivery.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and deliver services. These may include Square for service-payment processing, Resend for website-form email delivery, our business email provider and website hosting or infrastructure providers. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Payment information entered through a payment provider is handled by that provider.
Youth athlete information
This website is designed primarily for parents, guardians, adult athletes, coaches and organizational leaders. It is not intended for children under 13 to submit personal information independently. A parent or legal guardian should submit inquiries and provide consent for a minor athlete. If we learn that personal information was submitted directly by a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the requested service, maintain accurate business records, resolve disputes, protect the organization and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information maintained by Summit 2911, subject to identity verification and any legal retention requirements. You may also withdraw consent for future use where applicable.

The website and its infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar technology required for security, routing and service delivery. Summit 2911 does not currently use assessment information for behavioral advertising. This notice will be updated before materially different tracking or advertising practices are introduced.
