By using this website, downloading a resource or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy & Data Use notice. If you purchase or participate in a service on behalf of an organization or minor athlete, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Age and authorization
Purchases and service agreements must be completed by an adult who is at least 18 years old. Minor athletes should use Summit 2911 resources and services with parent or guardian involvement. Coaches or organizational representatives must have appropriate authority before submitting information about an athlete.
Educational scope
Summit 2911 provides education, performance assessment, planning tools and development guidance. The website and services do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, mental-health care, rehabilitation, individualized nutrition therapy, legal advice, tax advice or investment advice. Seek the appropriate licensed or qualified professional when a concern falls outside this scope.
Open resources
Published resources are available without a membership or recurring fee. Open access does not transfer ownership or remove Summit 2911’s intellectual-property rights. Resource availability, format and content may change as material is reviewed and updated.
Acceptable use
Resources are provided for personal, family, educational or authorized organizational use. You may not resell, reproduce at scale, remove attribution, falsely claim authorship or use the content to create a competing commercial product without written permission.
Individual and group services
An inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a specific assessment component or a particular result. Every individual or group project is custom. What is included, what will be delivered, scheduling, price, consent and any additional service terms will be confirmed before work begins. Performance assessment does not replace medical evaluation or establish clearance to participate in sport.
Results and responsibility
Development outcomes depend on many factors outside Summit 2911’s control. No specific performance, scholarship, roster, health, financial or competitive outcome is guaranteed. Users remain responsible for how they apply educational information and for involving qualified professionals when needed.
Availability and changes
We may update, replace or remove resources, features and service offerings. We may limit or suspend access when necessary for security, maintenance, misuse or violation of these terms.
